Abstract

Communication is the activity of transmission of thoughts, images, messages, data or information. Communication connects the receiver and the transmitter of the content of communications. Each of them looks at the content of the communication through his or her own values and beliefs. This can lead to misinterpretation. The Tool Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) is based on the simple recognition of a system of personal values and motivation, how these affect our relationships with others, communication (encrypting and decrypting messages through the motivational value system), detection and resolution of conflicts and which motivational methods to choose? The system of personal values that motivate us, acts as an internal filter through which we interpret and understand life.
