Abstract
Primary malignant bone tumours are rare malignant diseases in children and adolescents requiring multimodal and multidisciplinary treatment. The most common malignant bone tumours in this age group are osteosarcoma and Ewing’s sarcoma. The article presents a general overview of the management and treatment of malignant bone tumours in children and a review of treatment in Slovenia.
